HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

You won't encounter surprise fees like lease-up fees, administrative fees, vacancy fees or advertising fees with our service. We work for just a flat percentage of the rents collected. 

HOW DO YOU PROTECT THE PROPERTY?

In addition to strict tenant screening, the best way to protect your property and your financial interests is with large security deposits. Our deposit structure guarantees your tenants will be ultra-qualified.

Minimum Deposit - Our minimum deposit is equal to one months rent plus $300 for low risk renters with good credit

Maximum Deposit - For renters who may have experienced a short sale, foreclosure or bankruptcy we ask for two times the monthly rent as a refundable deposit, the maximum allowable under California law.

This deposit structure serves to protect your property AND to make sure that you are covered in the event of an eviction situation.

Our team of licensed agents will oversee every aspect of the management of your property. Whether it's hiring and interviewing on-site management staff, actively advertising available units, tenant screening, condition documentation (to make sure the property stays the way it was when we rented it), tenant emergency calls (24/7), repairs, and, when necessary, evictions as well as bookkeeping our all inclusive service is covered under our flat monthly fee.

You will never be stuck in the maze of voicemails, assistants or admonistrative staff. Your dedicated, licensed property manager will be your direct point of contact.
